An Important Message
To our entire community,
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the 'curfew' decreed by the Government of Puerto Rico has been in force for the past few weeks, imposing a series of restrictive measures, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. The well-being of our team is the most important thing at all times. Our physical store in Ponce will open from Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 am-2:30pm, as long as the local government allows it. Measures are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The use of a mask is mandatory.
We continue to operate 24/7 online at www.salonboricua.com while focusing on maintaining and protecting security protocols to protect our team and customers. We have implemented additional sanitary measures to make each shipment as safely as possible. The measures and implementations include: handwashing with soap and water, constant cleaning of the packaging area and purchase of materials, shipping labels and postage stamps in advance.

📬How will shipping be affected?
Estimated shipping time may be extended a few additional days. Although USPS mail operations continue as normal, there may be unusual delays if your order is destined outside the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico. All mailings are subject to the hours of operation and / or additional regulations of the Post Office of your postal area. It is very possible that there were no delays in your order; We will do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
Normal shipping time continues to be 7-12 business days.
We recommend that once your order arrives, take preventive measures before opening it. Remember that once the order leaves our possession, it is subject to the proper handling of the Postal Service (USPS) of each region.
